One-on-one peer coaching
for humans with high aspirations

Perform at your best consistently and enjoy your journey
To be at your best consistently you need:
A Space To Reflect
Reflect out loud with a like-minded peer to gain perspective, solve challenges and make better decisions faster
An Accountability Partner
Gain an accountability partner who you relate to and are inspired by, to help you stick to the actions you commit to
A New Skill – Coaching
Learn and practise coaching – empower others not by telling them what to do, but by helping them think for themselves
It's what we help you put in place with our coaching expertise and tech-enabled platform.

Are you experiencing some of these challenges?

  • A fear of wasting time and not focusing on what's most important
  • A sense of feeling somewhat alone on your journey
  • A desire to help others without telling them what to do

Here's what I've learnt from coaching 100+ high-achieving humans

The secret to consistent high-performance and a genuine sense of enjoyment in your day-to-day is one thing:

having a regular reflection practice

Taking the time to ask yourself ‘what went well?’, ‘what didn’t go so well?’ and ‘what am I going to do differently going forward?'

Sounds easy, right?

Not quite. Doing it on your own is hard. Doing it with a coach on an ongoing basis can be quite expensive.

This is where we come in.

We help you leverage the power of peer coaching

  • We help you find a like-minded peer who you relate to and are inspired by
  • We provide you with easily-digestible training on how to coach each other
  • We give you a tech-enabled platform to run, track and improve your sessions (and to stick to them!)

Our approach to peer coaching

Step 1

Find a like-minded, inspiring peer

  • Join with a peer who you know and would like to work with OR
  • Let us suggest to you a few peers we think you will 'gel' well with
  • Have a guided Discovery Session to meet each other and decide
step 2

Learn how to peer coach

  • Join a 3-hr group workshop to learn & practise key coaching techniques with your peer
  • Get assigned a 'pair facilitator' who will help you improve your sessions and coaching skills on an ongoing basis
  • Learn-by-doing with our in-app coaching frameworks & prompting questions
step 3

Get a high ROI from your sessions

  • Book 95-min sessions every 2 weeks or 2-hr sessions every 3 or 4 weeks
  • Use our web app to run your sessions more easily, learn to coach faster and facilitate post-session accountability
  • Get detailed feedback from your pair facilitator who will join your 3rd or 4th session

Wondering who's going to be your peer coach?

You have two options – you can EITHER join with someone you already know OR let us suggest to you a few options.

During the signup process, we'll ask you a few questions to better understand your preferences. Based on those, we'll propose a few matches that we think may suit you. If you disagree with us, you can decline the match. If you find them potentially suitable, book a Discovery Session with them so you can make up your mind.

And even then you're not trapped – we'll be taking a pulse on your sessions from time to time, such that it's never awkward to swap partners if things aren't working out.

What else?

A tech-enabled platform to make it effortless.

  • Run sessions easily with the help of in-app session frameworks & prompting questions
  • At the end of each session, record your key insights and commitments in the app
  • Get email reminders of your commitments and prompts to reflect on your progress

Questions that may still be on your mind

Who will be my peer coach?
You have two options – you can EITHER join with someone you already know and would like to work with OR let us suggest to you a few wonderful people who we think you'll relate to and be inspired by.

We recommend that you have the same peer coach for up to 12 months, but it's really up to you.
How much time will I have to commit?
We recommend that you have sessions every 2, 3 or 4 weeks. If you have sessions every 2 weeks, we recommend having 95-min sessions. If you have them every 3 or 4 weeks, then a 2-hour session is what we've found to work best.

You and your peer coach will decide together on the frequency and duration of your sessions based on how much time you're able to commit. During the signup process, we'll be asking you about your preferences and we'll try to match you with a peer who has similar ones.
What will we actually do during sessions?
Your peer coaching sessions will have 3 key parts and you will both take turns on each of them:

1) Reflecting out loud across all your life domains – personal, work and social – and the commitments you made in your previous session

2) Diving into a specific topic that's taking up your headspace to find a way forward

3) Noting down in the app your key insights and the actions you're committing to

Our tech-enabled platform will then use this data to send you and your peer coach reminders of your commitments and prompts to reflect on your progress in-between sessions.
How much will I have to pay?
The following 5 principles have determined our pricing model:

1) Sufficiently low to be accessible

2) Sufficiently high to ensure commitment

3) Significantly lower than the overall value our participants derive

4) More appealing to those who value both being coached & learning how to coach

5) Sufficient for us to be a viable business (without external funding)

Applying to join RunYourself is free of charge. We then carefully screen participants for commitment & responsiveness, alignment on expectations (what peer coaching is and is not), and fit with the cohorts we're recruiting for e.g. founders, startup leaders, senior execs, emerging managers, professional mothers, etc.

We won't charge you until you've had a successful peer match. Once successfully matched, we ask all participants to make a 12-months commitment in order to attain the full benefits of RunYourself and to ensure a good experience for everyone else taking part – we don't want to be wasting anyone's time.

The 12-months fee for the option we recommend is £1,000 + VAT paid upfront (see a couple of the other options here). This fee includes:

1) A 3-hr training & onboarding workshop – learn the key coaching principles and techniques, observe an experienced coach coaching live, practise coaching techniques with your peer, sign your Peer Coaching Agreement, get onboarded onto the RunYourself web app and book your first 6 sessions

2) Access to our tech-enabled platform – a web app and email/Slack prompts designed to help you run your sessions more easily, learn to coach faster and facilitate post-session accountability

3) An assigned 'pair facilitator' – a trained and experienced coach who will answer your questions, monitor your sessions' ratings & reviews and provide you with tips on how to improve via email or Slack based on your preference

4) One assisted session – your pair facilitator will join your 3rd or 4th session discreetly and in complete coach-confidentiality to provide you with detailed feedback on how you're running your session and your individual coaching strengths & areas to improve

5) Email-based educational content – before each session and in-between sessions you will receive educational emails to help you improve your coaching skills by focusing on one thing at a time

As part of your membership, you will also have access to other add-on practical training sessions if you wanted to take your coaching skills to the next level.

⚠️ Your employer may be willing to cover this fee as a Learning & Development benefit – why not ask them?

Do you feel like you belong?

Are you someone seeking constant self-improvement?

Aiming to be better today than you were yesterday means constantly stretching yourself beyond your current capabilities. This often comes with a higher risk of burnout, simply because you're always pushing your limits.

Are you someone who needs to self-manage?

Perhaps you're an entrepreneur, a startup founder or someone in a leadership position? Or perhaps you're working in an early stage, high-growth company? The responsibility to bring out the best in yourself each day can feel exhausting.

Do you rarely pause to step back and reflect?

With so many things depending on you, life can feel like a non-stop treadmill – constantly moving forward, and rarely taking time to step back and notice what's going well and what needs to change.

Curious but haven't made up your mind?
